Do you know why you were named that? Yes, I was named after my grandmother on my mother’s side. She passed away before I was born so I never knew her but evidently her and my mom were very close. My mom was 41 when I was born.
Single or taken? Taken. SOOO taken. ❤ My best friend Ben is now my lover . . . I want so much more though.
Stop being a Mary Sue! I don’t think I am.
What’s your eye color? Boring brown. But Ben says they are like chocolate. ❤
How about hair color? Black and straight. My mom was Hawaiian. I inherited it from her.
Have you any family members? Just my brother and my parents. Both of our sets of grandparents are deceased. My brother Nick is almost two years older than me. So we were – are – close. Nick and I were late in life babies. I do hope my family soon includes my boyfriend’s little boy Cole. He is soooo adorable. Almost 3 years old. I love him to pieces.
Oh, how about pets? I really never had time for one. My ex-didn’t like animals but I do, so maybe one day when my life settles down there will be space for one.
Now tell me something you don’t like? Oh… well, myself? At least I didn’t used to. I never felt pretty or smart enough. I talk when I should be quiet and be quiet when I should talk. I think that’s why I got into a really toxic relationship. But Ben, he makes me feel pretty and smart and fun. But most of all, he makes me feel loved and cherished.
Do you have any activities/hobbies that you like to do? I love to fish and be outdoors. That’s one of the things I have in common with a Ben. We have taken his little boy to fish. He’s so dang cute and squeals when we catch a fish. He’s isn’t afraid at all. He will be an animal lover for sure.
Have you ever hurt anyone in any way before? I never wanted to. I always try to please everyone. My ex – well he did some bad things and I had to put a restraining order on him. I was so afraid. I didn’t press criminal charges though. So sadly, I remained true to form. But I just wanted it over and him out of my life. Ben was upset that I let him go, but he supported my decision and helped me through it. Ben’s mom convinced me to force counseling as a condition. I should have thrown him in jail though. Ugh. I don’t want to talk about this anymore.
Ever… killed anyone before? Me? I hope that’s just a question you are required to ask. Oh my God. Of course not. We only keep the fish we eat! The rest we throw back!
What kind of animal are you? If I was an animal you mean? Probably a cat. I warm up to those that I trust and love them fiercely. But if I don’t know you, I either run if you are scary or get in your face if you are sweet and receptive. Like I’m doing now with you!
Name your worst weaknesses. I adore the August Day romance series, but nothing trumps my Ben. ❤️ Don’t tell the author, Pammie Chick, but he is a much better lover than August….well maybe he could learn a few tricks from August! But Ben is real….❤️. I am super embarrassed now. Please don’t tell Ben what I said if you interview him. Can I sink into the ground now?
Do you look up to anyone at all? Would it be weird if I said Ben? We have been friends since I was 14. He was both my idol and secret fantasy. But if that’s weird, my brother. He always watched out for me. I was only one year behind him in school and Nick always made sure the other kids didn’t tease me. I was sort of a clumsy nerd and he and Ben were so popular. The girls just flocked to them. When Nick and Ben became friends in middle school, I was included in that friendship. Well, we just came full circle didn’t we. Ben….
Are you straight, gay or bisexual? Straight. I never looked at anyone other than Ben. Well until he got married. Then I went out with this college guy because my fantasy was gone forever. It didn’t end well. But not because I’m not straight. Because he was a total – uh – can I say ass?
Do you go to school? I went to college for a couple of years. Then my boyfriend moved and I moved with him. I would say big mistake, but I met up with Ben again as a result of the move. Ben’s wife died after giving birth to their son. It was so tragic. I could tell Ben still loved her very much. I wanted that kind of relationship with my boyfriend. I redoubled my efforts to be a good girlfriend but I failed miserably because my heart was still attached to Ben. Even after all those years, Ben was who I still fantasized about. Oh…what does this have to do with going to school. I’m sorry for going off on another tangent.
Ever want to marry and have kids one day? YES! Guess with who! Haha! I dream of carrying Ben’s baby one day. *Sighhhhh* Knowing that I am pregnant with his child, it’s a fantasy of mine. Sadly, I’m a little worried that it might never come true. I told you his wife died after giving birth. I’m afraid going through another pregnancy would be traumatic for him and bring back really bad memories. And I would never force Ben to go through that. But I will be happy to have Ben and Cole. That would be enough. Now pet me please. I’m such a cat rubbing on your legs. So sorry for over sharing.
Do you have fangirls/fanboys? Me? Uh no…maybe Lillie May though. She’s such a precious woman. I have had the pleasure to meet her and she really seems to like me. Ben’s little boy Cole, short for Coleman was named after her and his mother. Lillie May is Cole’s great-grandmother. She raised Cole’s mother Grace from the time she was five. Lillie May’s last name is Coleman and Grace’s last name was Ramsay. So Ben said they named him after both Grace and Lillie May. He said Cole got his last name which was enough for him. Ben is such a sweetheart. I’m so sorry, there I go again….
What are you most afraid of? That I will wake up and find out I’ve been reading too many August Day novels and I only dreamed that Ben said he loved me.
What do you usually wear? Whatever is comfy. I’m not a fashionista, although I did dress up for my first real date with Ben. I wore this beautiful blue lace and satin dress. He said we were going somewhere fancy. I hoped it was a date and it turned out to be the best day of my life. He said he loved me that day. Oversharing again, huh….sorry.
What’s one food that tempts you? Ben’s mom’s tiramisu will always hold a special place in my heart. Not gonna say why. Unless you want me to.
Am I annoying you? Of course not. Am I talking too much?
Well, it’s not over. I figured you were so done with my rambling. See. I like you! If I were a cat I would be trying to get you to pet me!
What class are you (low class, middle class, high class)? Maybe lower middle class. I support just myself. I have a decent one bedroom. However, I do live payday to payday. My folks are upper middle class though. I hope to someday be a little more secure financially. But really, I don’t care as long as I am with Ben. We can fish and live off the land for all I care.
How many friends do you have? Not many sadly. Maybe that’s why I latched onto Ben so much. He was always nice to me. He was just Ben with me, not some guy trying to hookup with the next girl. I was too nerdy in high school for many friends.
What are your thoughts on pie? I wish I could make it! I am not a good cook. I almost burned Ben’s house down the first night I spent there. But he didn’t care…*sighhhhh* He kissed me and well….never mind….
Favorite drink? Red wine. Probably a good Cabernet.
What’s your favorite place? Wherever Ben is. Does that sound silly?
Are you interested in anyone? Well, I think that’s all I’ve done is talk about who I’m interested in! Ben Murdock. The man with the most gorgeous blue eyes.
That was a stupid question. That’s okay.
Would you rather swim in a lake or the ocean? The ocean! My parents took us to Hawaii where my mom is from when Nick and I were little. Of course the islands are in the ocean. It was so awesome. The ocean water tastes like salt! I was so surprised and everyone laughed at me. But once I got used to it, riding on the waves was awesome. I really want to take Ben there someday. Maybe we could honeymoon there…well, I guess he needs to propose first!
What’s your type? Tall blue-eyed Ben.
Any fetishes? Uhhhhh….I do read August Day novels! Need I say more?
Camping or indoors? Anywhere Ben wants to camp, I’m in. I would do almost anything for him and that sweet blue-eyed little boy of his.
